This green smoothie provides protein, added collagen and essential phytonutrients. A tropical undertone from the mango with a protein kick of collagen which makes it the perfect post-workout snack.
- 1 tablespoon on green powder
- 13g (roughly one tablespoon) of Hunter Gatherer Collagen Peptides – read more about collagen here
- ½ cup of mylk alternative (add more if you need)
- ¼ cup of frozen mango
- ½ a frozen banana
- 1 frozen cauliflower floret (not necessary but adds extra thickness to the smoothie’s texture)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
No super skills needed here. Just pop everything in a blender and whizz it up. Serve as a smoothie or top with some granola, nuts and seeds for a mini-smoothie bowl.
